QUALITY ASSURANCE: Quality Assurance in Family Day Care is a collaborative process that encourages care providers, staff and parents to work together in their roles to ensure the scheme continually develops as a high quality service. The National Childcare Association Council of Australia administers the Quality Assurance system for family Day Care schemes. Day 2 Day Family Day Care has been new registration in January 2007 and we continually work on the process to ensure continued improvements. The Quality Assurance System covers the following:
1. interactions
2. physical Environment
3. Childrens Experiences, Learning and Development.
4. Health, Hygiene, Nutrition, Safety, and Wellbeing.
5. Care providers and c o-ordination Unit Staff.
6. Management and administration.
